What about the insane amount of real estate the Chinese own here? Shit, I swear half of mutlifamily homes are owned by Chinese citizens in the state of CA

China still owes us multimillions from WWII that the ChiComs have never paid back since Mao took over. I see no problem with taking these properties as payment.
