Currently in Canada, federal government has NO clue what to do. Any measures have been taken only at the level of local governments and provinces. Border closure probably a combination of Trudeau panicking and the US basically telling them to get their sh!t together. We went from the border will stay open to the border being closed in less than 24 hrs. Ridiculous.
I'm sure he's putting together a very detailed plan to combat the troubling racism and xenophobia being sparked by concern over this virus. Probably planning a "hug every Asian person you see" day or something.
