No. Permanent closure is stupid. I'm fine with temporary closure because of this virus, and when that temporary closure is over with, just be strict about who we let in here. As in, follow the fucking law and don't jump the border illegally or we deport your ass. It's not hard to follow the law and punish criminals.

"Just follow the law" doesn't work when the law is retarded and eventually leads to the exact same outcome as being flooded by border jumpers.
