I'm no psychologist, but my guess is that deep down inside, there's an incredible amount of resentment toward Melania because
a) Melania is objectively very beautiful even at age 49...even when she wears jackets and capes.
b) Melania is married to the most powerful man in the world and she is able to live her life without murdering people like Hillary or ruining school lunches like Barack's domestic partner.
Whereas Chrissy Teigen is a complete enigma as a supermodel because she's not actually that good looking and she's married to John Legend aka People magazine's sexiest man alive which is about as believable as her being a supermodel.

TL;DR she's jealous
