So far symptoms include chest congestion and warm nose. I have been dosing daily on Reishi for a month, elderberry, apple cider vinegar, raw honey, just started taking vitC and lots of water. For the last few days I had a little tickle in my chest that I tried to clear but nothing comes out. I’m in NYC.

I was feeling a tickle last week, and when I got home from work, I took 5000 I.U. of Vitamin D before bed and woke up feeling great.
Up it naturally through produce first rather than supplements. Chances are those supplements were made in China are high.
