That’s a lizard. And he’s a lawyer, not a doctor. 20 people were treated and got better, which has an 82% chance of happening with sugar pills.
The actual doctors - not this blowhard popularizer - should indeed study this more and it may help. This 100% cure spin is sociopathic lying and needs to be shut down instantly.
More accurately, at day 6 after onset of therapy in the French study, 20 out of 20 patients had 0 viral load. In the placebo control arm, only 12.5% were virus free at day 6.
It needs validation and this guy may be overhyping it, but let’s not shit on the possibly just yet. I for one would like to go back to work.
Both of you deserve ups. Yes let's stay cool headed and also this has been reported in multiple cases to be an effective treatment to reduce viral load.
I have heard this from other medical people. A study showed that zinc can stop the virus from replicating, and chloroquine (specifically hydoxcycloriquine) allows zinc to enter the cells themselves which is where it needs to be for to stop the virus from replicating.
Not surprising, zinc is known to stop the common cold if you start taking it at the first signs before it can begin multiplying. My brother's a doctor and got me into taking zinc at the first sign of feeling ill, and it almost always immediately stops a cold dead in its tracks for me, so long as I take it early enough. Basically (and in layman's/non-medical terms) it essentially binds to the cells that a typical virus would bind to, so by taking zinc, you effectively eliminate the chances of the cold/virus by having something already attached to the cells that the virus is trying to attach itself to. It's why you see it in stuff like airborne and emergen-c, and its always been surprising to me that this isn't more well known to the general public. I wasn't sure if it'd work for covid, but I've been taking it daily regardless just in case
It is in fact essential for healthy sperm production. Make sure you wrap it up, or you’re gonna be having to take more of my tax dollars to feed all them young’ns! Lol jk but only a little
THE PRESIDENT MENTIONED THIS IN THE PRESSER TODAY!!!! I'm so happy to hear this therapy is being used, and hopefully the death rate will drop like a stone.
You give China too much credit. I'd bet China is planning for the rest of the world to succumb to the virus just as China is recovering from it. Then they'll try to secure their position as manufacturer to the world since only their economy will be able to respond.
Ever see the movie contagion? There was a shister taking advantage of I’ll people shilling a bogus cure. I’m not saying one way or another about this particular drug, I’m just saying there are some pretty distinct parallels happening.
This is not quite correct. A group in France led by Didier Raoult conducted a clinical study with hydroxychloroquine (they were following up on the claim that chloroquine is somewhat effective). The results were so promising, they made the manuscript public before the peer review.
Briefly, here's the key finding: 6 patients who received hydroxychloroquine, were also treated with azithromycin to prevent bacterial infection -- that is, azithromycin wasn't tested in this study against coronavirus.
So it's a story about a serendipitous discovery of a remarkable synergistic effect of two well-known drugs.
No one is going to believe me but ALL of this is just voodoo. These guys don't know anything. A drug designed to kill a bacterium cures a viral infection? Right. And the same people who can't eliminate the HIV virus (which does not in fact cause AIDS) after 35 years of research, now have a magical cure for a virus that appeared mere weeks ago? Come on!
We need to pull the plug on the CDC and organizations like it. They don't have the technology and expertise to which they pretend. They're all witch doctors practicing medieval medicine, blowing smoke and saying prayers.
Sucks people downvoting instead of responding. I don’t necessarily agree with you—but then again, I really don’t know very much on the subject—so a variety of opinions is always welcome to me.
You are correct and wrong in the same post. You have to read their paper carefully (I have a masters of science in data analysis). The paper claims that the treatment (malaria drug plus antibiotic) basically eliminated the bacteria. So the patients appear to be out of IMMEDIATE danger (of dying from pnemonia, for example). This is very good news. So short term they are "cured". Longer term they are not necessarily cured. Kinda like HIV. The results are potentially very good news and should have been reported, as they were. The folks at the school in Aix (France) know their stuff. The paper is well written.

Big news right there!

Spez: Here's where I saw the above

Yup, every time I've used zicam with a cold it really seems to help. Think I might pick up some zinc supplements cause why not.
This is about to be a really weird disclaimer but taking zinc supplements of sufficient size makes you produce noticeably more cum when you ejaculate.
Zinc supports healthy hormone levels and can help raise testosterone if you’re deficient.

This is some fucking dank knowledge
My suspicious mind these days -Did China release the antidote because their plan backfired?
No you're just inventing stuff haha
I wouldn't put anything past china though 😂
Or did Hillary have a heart and release a global pandemic virus that was easily cured. I think she should be vice...I MEAN President like now.

First thing I thought. “hey just like like that movie I bet this guy has some stake in the manufacturing of it”
BEST PART?? no nasty Wuhan Soros/Gates vaccine necessary. Suck it, globalists.
🎉💃🏼🕺🏻
This is good news for me. I traveled internationally last week and have been taking Chloroquine for avoiding Malaria.

It's worth being extremely skeptical of claims like this. They often arise as part of pump-and-dump schemes around newsworthy medical dilemmas.
