I have a few options in my area but none in the city, at least not on my regular route.
I began paying a little more and filling up in the little town nearest me so that I could patronize my local vendors - places owned & operated by Americans. Takes a little more effort (I have to drive out of my way sometimes) but we want to keep the local stores open.
If I'm stuck in the city, there's a Sam's Club & a Shell I can go to.
I stopped buying from 'arab stores' when I noticed that at two places I frequented, they started having a constant rotation of young & early middle aged men. I also noticed that more and more convenience 'one stop' stores were being taken over & run by arabs.
I was against open borders for many years, and esp after 9/11/01 - but the influx of arabs into our daily lives was too obvious and too much. Guess I boycotted them.
If I'm in an unfamiliar area and happen to pull in to a place run by foreigners I'll get what I need and have a chat if I have the time. I don't hate them - I know the arab culture quite well, having grown up in it. But this is my country. This is our Republic.

When one race launches a biological attack against all the other races, it is logical, strategic, and evolutionary beneficial to target and ostracize all members of the race (tribe) that launched that attack. Does that mean some innocent Chinese person might be attacked for something that was outside their control? Yes. Is that fair in a direct and immediate way? No. Is that fair in an abstract, evolutionary way? Absolutely. When one tribe attacks another tribe (or in this case, when one tribe attacks every other tribe), it makes sense that the attacked tribes would retaliate to create fear amongst the enemy tribe to drive them out.
