With regards to food (especially meat), BUY LOCAL! The scumbags in congress repealed COOL (country of origin labeling) for beef and pork, so tons of it is imported from Mexico, and soon Brazil, and they get to slap a Product of USA label on it all because it was slaughtered here.
The only way to know for sure is buy your meat from small local food shops or direct from the farmer.
How much does that cost you btw? I think I can grow my own, but meats have me at a loss.
