I feel like this whole thing has been made way to complicated when Trump already suggested a simple system that would have been way more fair. Have a SSN, are an adult, don't get welfare, and don't make over a certain ammount? Here's a check. Have kids? Here's a little more.

Under 5K a year in income means you’re already fully subsided by one or more of 8 social programs.
Also, 2018 had more people that would qualify as the tax cuts hadn’t fully kicked in and removing the Obamacare mandate hadn’t taken effect yet
