Obviously I know the true intentions behind this, but all of the bullet points under "you should not" make at least some sort of sense in a "full panic" scenario. But "you should not travel to or from a vacation home outside the City"? What the fuck does that matter? Presumably your vacation home is unoccupied, so you're not going to come into contact with any other people.
