Hes always playing 4d chess, say Amazon were given legal exemption, do you think they could say, fix all californias roads? Or say walmart and texas? Or apple and NY? If we gave companies tax exemption in return for service, it might save us taxes, save them money, incentivize business etc. Would this be a decent idea?

Patron companies is a good idea. It happens anyway (look at Anaheim, CA and Disney) so getting it out in the open I'm a fan of
