It's the "China Virus", or the "Wuhan Virus"...or call it the "China Bat Virus".
Please don't call it the "Chinese Virus". It's just bad English, just as much as you would not say, "Made in American" or "Made in Chinese".
Make sense?
Chinese are people of a given race or ethnicity. China is the country where the virus came from, unless you want to debate that the Chinese people carried it over.
So by your logic, we should say "China food" instead of "Chinese food". Or "Mexico food" instead of "Mexican food". Or say "1918 Spain flu" instead of "1918 Spanish flu"...
Just FYI
