don't forget that Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff and Steny Hoyer did the exact same!

Do you have a source on how much and when? We need to HAMMER every single piece of shit that did this. R or D means nothing here.

I just looked at https://efdsearch.senate.gov , the searchable Senate financial disclosure site, Chuck U Schumer's latest financial disclosure was 05/15/2019, so what Shillfighter said about Schumer seems to be untrue, or maybe he hasn't filed it yet? Unsure of the rules regarding due dates of these disclosures. Steny Hoyer is in a similar situation, his last disclosure was filed in 2018. Search for yourself here: http://clerk.house.gov/public_disc/financial-search.aspx

Nancy Pelosi did have some action in very recent history on her disclosures, but seem fairly benign:

http://clerk.house.gov/public_disc/ptr-pdfs/2020/20016155.pdf - Here, if I am reading this right, she actually put money IN to the hotel industry.

http://clerk.house.gov/public_disc/ptr-pdfs/2020/20015042.pdf - Facebook and Amazon transactions

http://clerk.house.gov/public_disc/ptr-pdfs/2019/20011279.pdf - BF Enterprises transaction, it's not immediately clear what this company is, lots named BF Enterprises out there.

Adam Schiff, in early January sold a moderate amount of Apple stock:

http://clerk.house.gov/public_disc/ptr-pdfs/2020/8216880.pdf - $15k-$50k on 1/2/20

the same day of the senate private hearings and i do not have a source and that doesn't matter. no, you are playing right into the deep state hands by saying R or D doesn't mean anything, it does.

between Jan. 31 and Feb. 18,

Hmm. Tough call here. You can charge people if they're using non-public information in order to profit. They can all very easily say that they could see the situation developing worldwide based on public information and acted accordingly. "Styx told me to stock up on canned vegetables, dried beans and rice. I did that and also sold relevant stocks."

Were they using non-public information? Possibly. Probably. But it's gonna be hell to prove.

This virus was spreading before that time period, and the market was due for a correction. Maybe they did something nefarious, but this seems like smart trading in my opinion.

I do not think it is illegal for them. Have read, do not have source, that they changed the law to allow insider trading.

Anyone have a source either way?

So did I. Is that illegal? Anyone could see the crash coming, a long way off. All they have to say in their defense is they made their decisions for their own private reasons. That they had been meaning to sell everything, and the urgency increased enough that they finally did.

There's nothing here.

this warrants investigation but not condemnation until the facts are known.

For example what if one or more of them had set stocks over a year ago to automatically sell if some trigger was hit? What if the Senator had relinquished control of the stock purchases and sales but coincidentally their manager sold in this time period? What if they have a pattern of selling and buying stocks in this volume just as background activity even before learning the info?

If it’s obvious they did this volitionally after learning non-public info that’s one thing. Certainly there is enough to merit investigation. But dunking on even crappy people like Burr and Feinstein is not yet warranted until all facts are known.

When can we start doing some vigilante justice on these politicians? They should be strung up for abusing their position to make themselves rich, while millions of Americans lost a lot of money.
