Does anyone know how far in advance they file these transaction requests? I know for executives and others with independence issues, their transactions are often set six months out or even longer. They're scheduled transactions. I can see when these transactions occurred and when the doc was released, but any idea when the transaction was scheduled? Is it the same date as the transaction, or is there mandatory delay time?
