Hit up my Walmart this morning. Had everything I needed, but some items were in short supply or I had to get the more expensive brands. They had plenty of the staples including toilet paper.
EDIT: I live in a nice red, based, Trump-loving county for comparison.
Charlotte, NC area pede. My stores have been fine mostly, just TP and disinfectant shortages and I got gas for $1.30 using my fuel points at Harris Teeter!
Most grocery stores are mostly stocked, except for TP. Wal Mart is having trouble keeping up, but they have been distributing toilet paper at specific times of day.
Anyone been to a grocery store this week? I'm thinking of going tomorrow and wondering if I should even bother.

Same here, been on vacation all week. I went in a few stores there that looked to be out of meat and bread
It wasn't bad here in the midwest yesterday. They were out of TP and almost out of pasta, spaghetti sauce and bread. Otherwise it was fine
