Yea I think the same, but if you watch mainstream media they make it seem like it’s going to last months lol. Also in CA they are retarded and think it’s end of the world.
Just a reminder, CA went on suicide watch when we thought one of Trump's border policies would negatively impact the cost and availability of avocados.
I don't think most of America will stand for this lasting any longer than the initial 15 days Trump put forward. If at the end of those 15 days someone comes out and says we are gonna do it for another month, they will already have mobilized the national guard because they know that it isn't going to fly. Certainly when the death toll from this hasn't gone through the roof like they are all saying it will, it wont.
They have in PA as well. Luckily I am more than willing to do home schooling with my kids. I am also lucky enough to be able to take them to work with me, as well as have my work stay open through all of this.
My school was not ready to handle online schooling to continue teaching kids through this, but they have made lots of resources available online for parents to do this, so most kids can keep up. So long as their parents can be involved.
Europe handled the situation extremely poorly. Overreacting is bad, underreacting is much worse. The mistake they made was not immediately shutting the border with China when this started, like Trump did.
They may be able to do that in countries that don't have 400,000,000 privately owned guns, and citizens that are used to having rights and freedom. When millions start losing their jobs after just 2 weeks and they can't get their hands on toilet paper shit will hit the fan pretty quick.
And nobody will a give a shit about the fucking Covid 19 when they realize it's not as bad as everyone was led to believe. It's essentially like the common flu except less infectious
I'm talking about the freezing of American life, businesses shut down, things like that. When millions of people lose their jobs, and millions more are facing the threat, there will be problems exponentially larger than the China virus. The people wont stand for it, and the problem will be too big to continue the way it is now for any amount of time. We will all be fine with no sports, or Disney world, and things like that. But when people can't work and can't provide for their families or themselves that will lead to looting and rioting and hoarding the likes of which have never been seen in our countries history, and it will not take very long at all.
I've seen people talking about keeping this up for 6 to 8 months, it won't take a month before the bottom falls out of everything, and faced with that the government will have to make a decision on whether or not its worth doing all of this for an extended amount of time.
They NEED it to last months. It's the only way they don't have to fight their way though Bernouts burning down the DNC, comparing Trump filling stadiums to Biden's inability to fill a Dunkin Donuts, and ultimately lets them push for mail in ballots for the steal without those pesky exit polls.

Funny thing is, avocados have been the one fruit that’s abundant right now in CA markets.

The schools in my CA county have already decided to be closed through April. Possibly beyond.

I hate that so many college students are done for the semester and moving to online only. Huge buzzkill this Chinese virus.
Europe has been shut totally down. Yesterday Boris Johnson said he hoped this could be over in three months

400,000,002. I did my part to increase the population this week.
The fucking C19 virus doesn't give a shit what people will stand for.
15 days is to flatten the curve.
When the curve is flattened the duration is extended - by many months.
And nobody will a give a shit about the fucking Covid 19 when they realize it's not as bad as everyone was led to believe. It's essentially like the common flu except less infectious
