That would be horrible. I grew up obsessed with space stuff myself and still am even though I never made it to work in the field. Take me to an aerospace museum and I'm immediately a 10 year old again.
You and your son keep your head up! If he's gotten the opportunity already it won't be the last. I struggle with this mess to the point I have been on here constantly and been up and down with all this. In the end this will go away and we will get back to our great space endeavors.
