Comedy Central has some great moments with him but I always knew in the back of mind he’d panty waste out.

When he was on Comedy Central, he portrayed a satirical "conservative", to parody O'Reilly, Hannity, etc.
It's like Jeff Dunham not having responsibility for the jokes he says through his dummies. No one believes they are separate people.
Spez: although, part of Dunham's comedy routine is chastising his dummy for saying something, then the dummy points out the origin.
