They’re suspecting that the drugs work in unison to dramatically improve zinc uptake by the cell, which allows our immune system easily destroy the virus.

Cholorquine and Hydroxy Chorloquine are an ionosphore. It allows zinc to enter the cell. So the answer is "yes, they do" Source: Dr Seheut Med Cram.

Comment on Seheult's science presented in the linked video please. Otherwise you're just being a dick. Touting "qualifications" is mere ad hom. It has nothing to do with specific information being factual or not. This virus doesn't just run away and die because someone with qualifications you prefer hasn't investigated zinc.
