Love cast iron. My induction stove does too, so my cast iron pans get daily use.
Corn Bread (not sugary cakelike mix) is best made in cast iron skillets with bacon grease coating. I personally like Mexican style with corn, onions and bell peppers and hamburger meat and cheese optional.
