Folks don't realize, I mean I sure didn't before, what you can do with a smoker and a freezer.
My son in law stuffed our freezer with meat and shrimp. STUFFED!
We have a flat top/grill, a couple of smokers, a gas thing you can fry turkeys, and we can do crawfish boils.
