Bavaria is on a fairly strict lockdown, the other states have restrictions such as restaurants are take-out only and must close earlier than usual. Here in the Rhineland Pfalz supermarkets and gas stations will remain open no matter what.
Only some German states have curfews and those allow going outside for grocery shopping, sport (as long as you do it alone or only with family) or for medical reasons (edit: and work). Looks like the curfew might go federal next week however as too many people are ignoring the calls the stay at home.
How many perfectly healthy people are there, and why would that be a prerequisite for dying from a disease? That's like saying the cancer patient who died in a car crash died from cancer only.
