Wouldn't be the first time Germany has taken steps to minimize the publically known amount of deaths happening there. Just sayin'.

sad that you can tell exactly what information was hidden just by the fact that it was hidden.

that one number, that makes less and less sense the more you think about it... so anyone who gives a more reasonable number must be silenced.

It's so fucking pathetic actually. you know who rules you when...

of all the genocides ever, all with wildly varying numbers and estimates, only one is unquestionable.

I thought this place was better than that.

Jews also made that one number up

In other words, if a man has lung cancer and gets coronavirus, then dies, Italy counts it as death from coronavirus and Germany counts it as death from lung cancer.

We counted among the first Wuhan China virus deaths aged patients in a convalescent home who were terminally ill and receiving palliative care. Yes.

The death stats are uneven and misleading. Yet, they're playing a role in wrecking the US economy.

And what will the public health effects of that be? How many heart attacks or suicides will happen because someone's small business and life savings was just destroyed?

Hillary doesn't care.

While this wouldn't surprise me at all, I'll need more than a random Twitter post to believe it.

That said, I don't believe anything coming out of China, period. If the asswipes running China said the sun rose in the east, I'd be looking the other way tomorrow morning.

I also think China is actively faking their numbers. There is no evidence that Germany or South Korea is reporting covid cases that die of pneumonia as pneumonia (not covid) deaths. Whoever wrote that twitter post is very good at persuasion.

Have you ever wondered why the UK's homicide rate is so low? England and Wales don't count a homicide against their homicide numbers unless there has been a conviction in a court of law.

So, there's a dead body on the floor of an abandoned warehouse with a knife sticking out of his back. That's not counted as a homicide in the statistics until someone has been sent to jail for the crime.

Obfuscation is the name of the game folks. Those in power will use any means necessary to stay in power, including bold face lying to their subjects.

Chicago does something similar. A person is found dead in a warehouse? Unknown cause of death, but not a homicide (I forget the exact terminology). It's utter crap all around. Bureaucracices will do this no matter the country.

source to confirm this?

What I've read (in Germany) is that the number of deaths is low because there are no postmortem tests for Wu Flu. Health insurance doesn't cover it so it's rarely being done. Thus the official cause of death is generic pneumonia or whatever preexisting condition was worsened by the Wu Flu.

Unfortunately it's hard to get any real information. It's all just speculation and nobody in the media really seems to want to look too closely, even going so far as dismissing questions as a fascist conspiracy theory.

I can confirm, I'm here too and I read what you just described.

A German friend yesterday told me back in Germany it is 100% lockdown. No going out for anything.

6
NeoPepe [S] 6 points ago +6 / -0

Bavaria is on a fairly strict lockdown, the other states have restrictions such as restaurants are take-out only and must close earlier than usual. Here in the Rhineland Pfalz supermarkets and gas stations will remain open no matter what.

Only some German states have curfews and those allow going outside for grocery shopping, sport (as long as you do it alone or only with family) or for medical reasons (edit: and work). Looks like the curfew might go federal next week however as too many people are ignoring the calls the stay at home.

How many perfectly healthy people are there, and why would that be a prerequisite for dying from a disease? That's like saying the cancer patient who died in a car crash died from cancer only.

Lol well whether you count them the German way, or the Italian way, the numbers are still low. Don't get me wrong, rip to all who pass and may they be embraced by the Lord.

But doomsday this is not. What is worse than China virus is some of our governors.

It is likely a more accurate measure, however, like the infant mortality statistics (many countries don't count babies who live under 24 hours) you aren't comparing apples to apples.

Just Germany being Germany again.

China dies the same with influenza. They count their numbers way low.
