When selecting the search bar have a tab that opens to flairs/tags for a quick way to search all. Possibly have flairs/tags in order of daily post. You could save specific flairs/tags that will always appear on the top of the list.

This would help strengthen some communities on here. I think of it in a way to have Sub.Wins that are easy to search by. Adding the ability to create a tag in the posting process would be helpful with this idea. This post I could tag as Feedback while posting. When a tag gets enough post have a mega thread people could submit Flairs for one to be added to flairs.
