Read that. Chinese bought up textile and leather factories in the north and brought in 100,000 workers for the factories. That and the older population created a perfect storm. Prayers for Italy.
They are bamboozled by the Chinese Communist Partys "Belt and road initiative". Hence they were not free to act appropriately when it was necessary. Europe did not come to their help because the European Union is not a fellowship of nations but a crime committed by treasonous grafters.
