I do not trust our Federal Government and the entrenched democracy to act in the interest of the American public. I fully expect them to act in the interest of every grubbing, commie and terrorist nation on the planet while telling anyone who wants rational oversights and restrictions that they are racist, bigoted and sexist. I do not believe for a second that any Federal Law Enforcement is competent enough to tell the difference between a friend and a foe. They do not have the discernment or integrity to judge the difference between a real threat and some average America that just happens to agree with their lefty sacred cows.
That's commonly known as suspending the writ of habeas corpus, which happens during martial law. So if martial law comes, so does that. The Clintons and Obamas ... that would be nice, now wouldn't it?
Get arrested and then no judge on duty to grant bail for days or even weeks. End up stuck in a jail with no protections in place to prevent you from getting the Chinese virus from other infected people also caged up in there. Little if any medical treatment in jail thus you die in there. Fook everything about this pedes.
I believe the govt. already has that power. Under the patriot act (thanks, Bush) pretty much all of our rights are suspended in a national emergency. BTW, we,ve been in a state of national emergency since 9/11. Wait, it gets better: Obama tweaked the NDAA when it came up for renewal under his admin. that this unconstitutional power could be used EVEN if there isn't a national emergency. Some in the media questioned him on this, and he said he prob wouldn't sign it. In the eleventh hour, while we slept, HE DID.
