I think after this levels out we're going to end up sliding into a supply side economy for the first time since 1961.
With the massive amount of resources available and industry being retooled and a lot of manufacturing coming back to the US we are going to basically have a boom similar to the post WWII era where there were more resources than need and the prices will drop on almost literally everything.
Corporations will push hard to make those resources profitable which will mean a surplus of employment, energy and goods which will bounce the American economy up into the stratosphere in a way that we've never seen in my life time.
So while none of what is going on is good right now, its got fantastic potentials for a great future, especially if Trump puts a heavy focus on a national infrastructure project in tandem with this boom.
It could be like the 50's again, as much as liberals think that's some kind of fresh hell, I think America could do with a time like that again.
Most definitely, national fiber would be an amazing idea to focus on, far as nuclear goes I'd like to see the free market handle that and perhaps people like Musk take a heavy focus on making plasma fusion viable.
