I agree, there are entire installations that sit empty and could easily be used for this.

We need to make it so officer candidacy requires being an NCO instead of a bachelor's degree in basket weaving. Let's be real who has more qualifications for leading troops? A seasoned Sergeant with 3 combat tours? OR a green Lieutenant fresh out of college?

Not sure why we consider the diploma the higher qualifier.
