Thanks to all the Earth First city planners who have promoted urban density, mass transit, and communal facilities all over. They've been busy turning central Phoenix into the new hip urbanscape and ruining everything that was charming.

They ruin everything! Minnesota has light rail transit and they put cloth fabric seats in them. Those seats are full of germs and nasty viruses. Not sure who the genius was that thought cloth in light rail transit was a great idea. Now they are talking about spending millions to replace with plastic.

Also, they just allocated three million dollars to house homeless people in hotels instead of in shelters, so our tax dollars are hard at working paying for that.

I'm so glad I left for Missouri.

Is it that much better in Missouri? I need hope.

Pros: $20/hour ISN’T a section 8 wage, The Blues aren’t an overrated hockey team, it seems like there are more universities here than in Minnesota as a whole with better quality education, people don’t act like they’re in a cult on par with Scientology (yeah I went there), way better looking architecture, warmer winters, toasted ravioli, Bosnians aren’t problematic at all, free zoo and museums, Traffic is way better (on days of heavy snow, people go home early rather than fight each other on the already gridlocked streets)

Cons: Personal property tax (your $300 tabs in Minnesota turn into a $1500 surprise every December but a South Dakota registration can bypass that), weird sales tax zones, gray winters, blight, high crime rates in certain areas (Ferguson ain’t bad, but anything East of that is a no go)

That's every somewhat sizable city now. Even Knoxville,TN has a liberal city mayor promoting urban redevelopment and ignoring the burbs
