They try to act like, racism is a crime. But what if we make accusing racism illegal, and instead they have to call out the crime for something that is illegal - be it, murder, robbery, rape, theft, propaganda, descrimination? The peddled fantasy that some crime has Hate in it, Hate Crime, and other crime doesn't, was quite childish. Dunno, brainstorming~

You could bring a defamation lawsuit under current law if you can prove that they caused you harm like losing a job etc. But its not an easy thing to prove.
