They try to act like, racism is a crime. But what if we make accusing racism illegal, and instead they have to call out the crime for something that is illegal - be it, murder, robbery, rape, theft, propaganda, descrimination? The peddled fantasy that some crime has Hate in it, Hate Crime, and other crime doesn't, was quite childish. Dunno, brainstorming~

I don't believe that's compatible with the first amendment.

Maybe some specific cases of racist accusations could fall under slander/libel, but I'm not sure where that line is drawn. For example, is it an objective statement, or just an opinion, like calling someone a jerk. And even if it is objectively false, is it considered defamation if they believe it's true?

A lot of things aren't compatible, but at this point, with Italy and MSM debating the name Chinese Virus, I believe making racist accusations illegal would save lives. I mean, its not like legalizing rape. Crime is still illegal. Did they assault you? Hurt you? Mess with you psychologically? It's just this racist, Hate crime accusations.
