Corporations sure, I can see you could make that argument and limit amounts or specific types of land or property. I don't necessarily like the idea of someone with a Green Card not being able to buy a house here though.
Foreigners can't buy land in Switzerland, even after they gain citizenship. This way even ordinary swiss citizens can own homes even though there are tons of rich foreigners there.
