In some states, the commie mayors have halted all evictions. Leftists think that is a good thing, but all apartment buildings have massive mortgages and landlords need the rent to cover their mortgage, or else the property will be foreclosed.
But how soon could they get a paying renter in? It takes time to evict; it takes time to get someone new in. Perhaps the mayors can also give relief to the landlords, letting them defer mortgage payments for a short while.
Can we all please take the time to look at this and realize, that if we don’t get out in November and vote Republicans into office across the nation this stain will be Speaker of the House for four more years.
