When I was there I was amazed at the entrepreneurial mindset of nearly everybody there. Of course there were still state owned businesses, like shoe stores that had literally 12 women attendants standing in an empty store waiting to help customers.
Just outside was a 4 story mini-mall just with cell phone accessory shops. There must have been over 100 shops in this one place - all selling cell phone covers.
