Dems picked the wrong time to fuck around with partisan bullshit. The entire public is hyper vigilant on a single issue like they've never been before except for maybe 9/11. They don’t realize nobody blames Trump for this. People were mad at Bush because he didn’t even recognize there was a problem. Trump has and by all accounts it looks like he is trying to do something.
Also Dems messed up big time not letting that aid bill through.
Be aware that CNN is still pushing the narrative that GEOTUS didn’t take this seriously or act soon enough, DESPITE facts and evidence to the contrary (We got our first travel virus infected person same time as Italy, Trump shut down travel Jan 31 when media scoffed and called him racist). I asked my lefty friend, “So what more should Trump have done?” She replied that she didn’t know, but he didn’t do enough. Facepalm. I give up. CNN has brainwashed my friend.
Turn off CNN, literally 500,000 people watch it. Think about that.
Letting the aid bill stall and fail is an error Democrats will pay dearly for. Lots of people are out of work and there's little positive news out there for them, so obstructing the one man who is actually doing anything is a losing idea.
I hope you’re right, but Fox just reported that the reason Dems won’t approve it is because it does too much for corporations and not enough student loan relief. That sounds virtuous, right? Fox is cucked.
Corporations employ people, and student loans have nothing to do with the virus. Trump already paused the interest (and payments?).
