It's almost certain that any transfer from our lab in NC to Canada was deliberate and authorized. From there a Chinese power couple stole it, acting as agents for the CCP. The greater culpability lies with the CCP, especially since we know their tactics. The secondary culpability lies with these 2 Chinese scientists who managed the heist. Canada's level 4 lab failed to prevent that, yes; orchestrated efforts from the inside will always be able to break out. A thorough review could determine if there was any negligence on the part of the lab, or if the Chinese thieves were just that good.
We'll probably never know if this was deliberately released by authorities from the level 4 lab in Wuhan, if it similarly "broke out" by people sneaking it out against the authority's wishes, or if the virus legit escaped of its own accord somehow. I think the latter is the least likely scenario.
The greatest criminal culpability here is that at least 8 Chinese Drs tried to warn the world, they were all silenced, and they are all dead. 15 years ago China knew HCQ was the cure. I still don't have any, and it sounds like the D governor of my State will do anything he possibly can to keep it that way.

It took almost 500 years for the print media to become hopelessly corrupted. Radio accomplished the same feat in about 120. Television, around 70. The internet is on track to fall to total corruption in less than 50. That's progress. I give the web a few years after 5G has been built out.
