Look at the rate of deaths vs recovered in S Korea Taiwan Singapore and even Japan. Almost nobody died and almost everybody recovered. They all used HCQ heavily including chloroquine phosphate.
It's no secret why we're not getting results like that. Here in WI we've had 6 die, 1 recover, and 574 are still infected. But oh, let's decide nobody gets HCQ; our tax dollars at work.
