It's disgraceful. Even my conservative, Trump-loving neighbors are cowering in fear and have no problem with elected officials doing Whatever Possible To Stop Scary Virus. No matter what the Constitution says. Sad what this country has become.

It is mental abuse. You can’t even just shut it off, because they bombard you everywhere. Or they bombard the people around you. It’s remarkable how calm and light-hearted the American People are (and people all around the world) given the situation. I hope President Trump understands the level of abuse that is being endured right now though. We are remaining calm but a spirit of revolution is brewing. Not against the President though, against his enemies. In many ways it is only our respect for Trump that is holding us back. It is amazing how civilized people are though. I don’t think anyone fully understands the anger that has started brewing amongst the people though. The corporate media is driving people to a dangerous place, so I am attempting to help the President maintain calm here and around me. I think that is how we help him best. Focus our outrage but remain calm. Choose our words carefully. Remain skeptical of all headlines. Resist fear and despair. We beat our enemy most through our JOY and SENSE OF HUMOR. That is what our MEMES are about. MAGA!

Mission accomplished, it's as easy as ever.

It’s a wartime response and it’s very normal. We are willing to sacrifice many luxuries in a war scenario. That doesn’t make us sheep. We are just calculating safety versus liberty, and our duty to or fellow citizens. In a potential biological weapon situation, a quarantine is not an unreasonable request. We will accept that as long as the threat appears to exist. But nobody is doing this thinking what is being requested could or should be permanent. We are in a wait and hold state. It’s all about information. We need to really see what this Chinese Virus is like. We should know more after the 15 days the President requested.

drivebypooping, this is not just a test. Globohomos are trying to implement their endgame with this.

Doesn't matter if Chinese virus was accidentally spread or done maliciously, they are trying to exploit the crisis to get US citizens to forfeit our national sovereignty, liberties and rights all without a single shot being fired. (Not saying it's exclusively US, but we are in their crosshairs)

It is morally wrong for any of us to cooperate with all that. Which places us in a pickle now: it's not wrong to go along with POTUS' original plan of 15 days, which ends 4/1. How do we decide when it becomes wrong to obey?

We all need to be awake to this big picture. And of course I have no way of knowing what to make of Q's statement that the first 10 days of April will be a "dark time." Since when does darkness end on Good Friday? DJT talking about Easter means something ...

Yes even my conservative family members have succumbed to the panic, holed up in their homes, and peek out the blinds to yell at groups of people walking together. This is scary. The MSM and Democrats must pay for what they've done, with their lives.

You have groups walking together? Nothing like that here. Now our 3rd day of lockdown for all "nonessential businesses."

I'm holed up in CA a few hours north of LA. Business as usual except you can't sit in and eat at restaurants.

Some of my friends legit think that 500k people are going to die within months. I bet it doesn't even top 5k.

But of course for obama's h1n1 they attributed a ton of deaths to other things like pneumonia, etc to keep his numbers artificially low. Now they're gonna be calling car crashes and ODs part of the china virus fallout just to stack the numbers on Trump

The real shame is that no matter the final number of deaths, they will claim the reason the number was not in the millions was because they shut down the economy.

All you have to do is compare corona deaths in blue states that enacted drastic measures vs red states that let people keep their rights.
Guarantee all the Democrat shitholes have more deaths.

Maybe true, but there's people that still think Trump colluded with Russia because of the media narrative, and my guess is that this will be similar.

27Sandino, is this why we hear 10,000 - 30,000 dead from Obama's H1N1?

I remember that. It was not a thing. Headlines kept pushing it. I'm at a loss to understand the difference, and I understand the common ownership of MSM, big pharma and the Fed.

Why were our lives unaffected then? I never once thought I'd get it.

Any idea how many actually died from it?

The reason these numbers vary is because it's difficult to assign a cause of death to just one factor. If you smoke your whole life, catch the flu, then it turns into pneumonia and you die a week later, what killed you?

The cdc claims 280k deaths worldwide for h1n1. The 2017 flu season was especially nasty and the cdc claims up to 80,000 Americans died. We more or less accept these numbers.

But what's present now that was missing before? Politics, fear mongering, shutting down the economy and governments taking more control. Something smells here. My guess is big players shorted the market.
