I'm the kind of person who likes to read from direct sources because you can't trust the news media, so I found the text of Pelosi's bill to see what kind of stuff they wanted. It's absolutely disgusting what they are doing. The bill is 1000 pages, and you can read it here.
As a minor example, on page 45 they include $3 billion dollars for... WiFi hotspots and laptops for schools. What the hell does that have to do with Coronavirus? I couldn't get through the bill like I wanted to because I was so revolted by this stuff. They had the gall to say Republicans were creating a slush fund for corporations, well what exactly would you call this?
Nobody apart from a few individuals on Twitter have mentioned the specifics of what the Democrats want. There is money in here for judges, for "Juvenile Justice Programs", NOAA, etc. They literally put everything they could not get passed normally into this bill.
Even apart from money, they have to inject their politics into the bill. I took this straight from it:

Not as far as I know. Republicans better not cave to this. The first bill had some stupid crap like 20% of entrepreneurial funds going to women's businesses, which is gross, but whatever fine. This new bill is completely unacceptable.
