Funny how Democrats crowed that California has the right to make its own election laws when it legalized this ballot harvesting fraud scheme for the 2018 midterms and stole all of those House seats.
But now Democrats want to impose this nationwide, invalidating all of the other states' rights to make their own election laws. And worse, they want to sneak it in under the cover of a desperately-needed emergency bill, because they KNOW they don't have an ice cube's chance in hell of passing it any other way.
