Yes, this lady is wearing a plastic produce bag over her head. She just had a mask on when she entered the store, but she apparently saw the produce bags and came up with the brilliant idea of putting one over her head for extra protection from the Chinese virus while shopping. The cashier and I had a great laugh about it, and we both agreed that the lady was more likely to asphyxiate herself than succumb to the virus.

After checking out I saw her loading her groceries into a truck with a "Proud Democrat" bumper sticker.
