My pro socialist friend seems to think we would have been over this virus a week ago if we had socialized healthcare. I let him know that couldn't be further from the truth. We don't just have magical resources we can will into existence when everybody is going to the hospital because they coughed once.
We wouldn't have a reserve of currency to purchase additional medical supplies when need be. We wouldn't have the ability to send billions of dollars to setup all of these temporary FEMA hospitals for those who desperately need it. We wouldn't have the staff to meet any of these numbers.
Socialism will never work. Human greed will ALWAYS win in the end. As soon as a single person hoards anything, it collapases.
