I had to go to the ER once due to a possible seizure, luckily it tuned out to be nothing. I remember people walking in with minor cuts, sprained ankle, etc. things that should have been handled at a urgent care or their primary care first. Sure some may need to go the ER in the end, but only a fraction of those.
