I’m ethnically Chinese and Vietnamese in the SF BAy Area and this is bullshit, literally no one I know feels this way, no one bothers or harasses us. The only attacks I’ve seen videos of were all black thugs. I seriously doubt these thugs were gentlemanly scholars, who heard “China virus” and just started beating up Asians. Anyone who lives here know that those thugs would’ve done it even without the virus, they’ve been harassing people forever, this didn’t start with the virus. My ex has had her phone snatched out of her hands and dragged to the ground by these low lives back in 2015, if that happened today the media would be saying it’s all because of GEOTUS calling it China virus lmao
