I have 0 comments there in the past two weeks. I already deleted my original Reddit account a month after FPH was banned (3 guesses which site I went to at that time), and I'll delete my second Reddit account (which almost exclusively posted to r/The_Donald when it was still semi-redpilled) once it's been about a month after the admins cucked the DOMreddit.
The problem with looking to Reddit for anything political is that you already know the answer before reading it. Imagine anything and anyone. Now imagine them blaming everything bad that has ever occurred in human history on Donald Trump. That’s 80% of political things on Reddit. 10% is calling anyone that voted for Trump racist, sexist, misogynist, transphobic, stupid, and whatever other negative terms they can find online at the time. The final 10% is people that end up saying something against the echo chamber, accidentally or not, and being immediately eaten alive and banned.
It’s easy enough to do that without Reddit. Stimulus bill happening? Just imagine people saying Donald Trump fucked it all up. Coronavirus? Just imagine people saying Trump caused it. Imagine someone calling him orange. Then again. You don’t actually need to go to Reddit to know what people are saying on Reddit when it’s about politics.
Confession time: its a sick hobby of mine to go on Reddit and post outlandish accusations against Trump just to see the responses and how many up votes I get. Things like Did you know he fired all non-white postal employees? and Pence is attacking gay inmates by making straight sex mandatory in prisons now A sane person who reads the threads cant but see how retarded it all sounds.
You’ve given me hope that maybe all of Reddit is just people trolling. Millions and millions of dollars going into gaming it and putting ads on it and bots and paid posters trying to get people to vote Democrat, all going down the drain because it’s been the 4Chan boys posting stupid shit all along.
It's pretty therapeutic actually. More than once I've come across other people that I know damn well are doing the same thing. It's like a game of one-uppmanship that gets ludicrously retarded, with the winner being the one who makes the dumbest statement. Any democrat reading it can't help but me like 'wow my team is fucking retarded.
On this topic- for a while I was sure /politics was run by folks from the Trump campaign because of how hollow and outlandish it all is.

Most of the gaming communities seem to be drying up too. Reddit used to be a fantastic source of information. Most things have shifted to discord now.
