Yeah I've seen the same report. That's easy to prove. How many phones compared to the population. If the have 1.2 phones per person than it could make some sense. However, I doubt that people have an extra cell phone for business. You might have a land line for a business, but cell phones are much more niche for a business. In the end, who knows what to believe coming out of China. I'm sure China doesn't even know what to believe.
