EDIT: Upon further review, I found that there is no direct conversion of Tablespoon-to-Grams without knowing the density of the chemical compound (either Hydroxy Chloroquine or Chloroquine Phosphate), so I don't actually know how much the guy overdosed by, but considering the fact that he died from the drug, it's clear that he overdosed considerably beyond what the doctors are recommending.
