Where's that Tommy Lee Jones "I don't care" meme?

Give me a President who selfishly saves the entire country's economy over a politician that would magnanimously destroy it any day of the week. I want results, not motivations.

Government doing what's best for us because it's also what's best for them is kind of the whole point of representative government. Quite a lot of the problems in this country are the result of idiots voting against their own self-interest out of a misguided sense of selflessness.
