The banks don’t have the desire to own every other house on the block, every other apartment, 90% of restaurants, theaters, gyms, etc. When we turn the economy back on, payments will be made in time, and life will carry on.
It's going to be fine. 20k people have already died in this country from the flu this year. 80k in 2018. We shut down the country and economy for 30 deaths and now 400 or so. In 2018, assuming flu season is 1/2 the year, that means 500 people A DAY were dying. This is bullshit.
My business partners around me agree, but the perception put out to are vendors, clients, tenants, etc make things very difficult if I don't have any evidence to present that everything is actually doing well.
