US News and World Report is a legit source. They were an old print magazine that competed with Newsweek and Time. Now they are not what they use to be, but they prided themselves are being a hard news source, less political bias. That was then, but I haven't read them much recently. I've seen the report from other sources.
Let them try and enforce this. TheFDA just approved it for off label use, which that fake news story said wasn't true. The fucking FDA rep stood there with POTUS when they announced it. It was Hydroxychloroquine that was approved, not Chlorquine. This fake news rag conflated the two to print bullshit about 'Trump lying'.
Bottom line, it's time for emergency proclamation to shut down the fear mongering fake news in this country, and the NV Governor needs to be charged with attempted mass murder if he gave this order.

Both chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine have always been approved for off-label use. That's the default approval status for any drug.
