It doesn't include a question about citizenship. It can't result in number of legal voters. It can't be used to determine how many House reps a State should have. It will falsely give additional House reps to States that have excess illegal aliens, and this is exactly why globohomo Judges ruled this way, contrary to law.
This will reduce proportional House votes from areas that respect our border laws, and vice versa. This is subversion of the US Constitution of the highest order.

My hospital is using it on every patient who has it and we can barely get any because asshole doctors are irresponsibly prescribing it. Also patient with lupus literally will die without the drug and they cannot get it because a podiatrist is writing for everyone they know

This seems reasonably accurate to me. I clean carpet, self employed for 28 years. Pores get open and I breathe heavily for up to 8 hours. To work now would put me in a home where someone infected may be living. I'll certainly disturb any infectious particles that may be in the home, where as an aerosol they'll stay airborne long enough for me to come in contact with them as I move rapidly.
